Instructions

  1. Dry-salt
    ⏱️ 15 min
    Dry-salt beef with salt & pepper; rest 15 min.
  2. Sauté
    Sauté (IP Pro → High): brown beef in olive oil in batches; set aside.
  3. Deglaze
    Deglaze pot with 120 mL of the braising base, scraping fond.
  4. Step 4
    Return beef, add remaining base, lock lid.
  5. Pressure Cook
    ⏱️ 70 min
    Pressure Cook (High): 70 min → Natural Release 15 min.
  6. Shred
    ⏱️ 5 min🔥 Sauté Low
    Shred beef, skim fat, stir meat back into juices; Sauté Low 5 min to re-absorb.
  7. Step 7
    Serve or portion for meal-prep.
